Monthly service

Estimate Follow-Up and Repeat-Customer Booking cost $149/month for Starter or $299/month for Expanded. Competitor Intelligence costs $79/month for Basic or $199/month for Expanded. All prices are in US dollars. The plan page describes the included scope.

Payment and getting started

Your first charge is at checkout. Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. Work starts after you complete onboarding and we review the required authorization and access. Payment alone does not authorize us to contact your customers.

Canceling and refunds

You can cancel renewal through the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You may request a full refund before work starts. If we cannot support or authorize your service, we will cancel and refund the initial payment. After work starts, refund requests are reviewed individually. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Your instructions and our scope

You control prices, availability, customer commitments, approved messages, timing and exclusions. Customer contact requires verified authorization and an approved access method. We stop follow-ups on reply or opt-out. Competitor research uses permitted public sources; unavailable or restricted sources are excluded and flagged. We do not guarantee sales, bookings or complete market coverage.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential records or customer lists through onboarding. We arrange approved access separately. Review our privacy notice before providing information.
